ADiMat - ADiMat Privacy

Out privacy policy is simple:

User information is stored in our database, but not shared with any third parties.
User codes sent in for transformation and the transformed codes are stored on our file system, but not shared with any third parties.
User codes and the transformed codes are regularly deleted automatically after a period of ten days.
Any data on our server may of course be inspected and revised by our server adminstrators and maintainers. This is done only when necessary for the maintenance of the system, upon your request, or in cases of force majeure.

These priciples are explained In more detail in the following:

User Data

User information (name, eMail address, username, organization, and title) is stored in our database while you are a registered member and is deleted when you delete your profile.
Browser related user information (session id) in the form of a seesion cookie is stored in your webbrowser and in our database. Session ids are temporary identifiers that are created and expire automatically.
User codes and the transformed codes are regularly deleted automatically after a period of ten days.

User codes are transmitted by you to our server either via the interactive web form or via the the ADiMat client program.
User codes are stored on our file system and then analysed syntactically and transformed according to the request.
User codes and transformed codes are stored on our file system under a unique identifier that is transmitted in the server reply.
User codes and transformed codes are deleted from our file system by an automated process regularly after a perdiod of ten days.

Any data on our server may of course be inspected and revised by our server adminstrators and maintainers. This is done only when necessary for the maintenance of the system, upon your request, or in cases of force majeure.
We may change this privacy policy with a customary notification period. The notification occurs by publication on this web page. When you reject the current terms and conditions within a period of 14 days, your right to use our services expires.
This privacy policy is current and replaces any preceding privacy policy of our service.
